SJE® Acquires LangeTech to Grow the Company's Engineered Control Solutions Business

SJE focuses on expanding its customer base and strengthening its presence across the U.S.

DETROIT LAKES, Minn., Oct. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- SJE, Inc., the global industry leader in industrial, water and wastewater control systems, today announced the acquisition of LangeTech, a supplier of consulting, programming and engineering services for the Automation Industry. The acquisition of LangeTech represents a significant growth opportunity for SJE to continue scaling its Engineered Control Solutions (ECS) business unit. This marks SJE's seventh acquisition since 2021 and the second in 2025.

SJE® acquires Chesterfield, MO-based LangeTech, expanding its U.S. reach and boosting Engineered Control Solutions.

Founded in 2002, LangeTech Inc. specializes in comprehensive system integration and automation solutions, serving industries with a wide array of technical services. Their expertise encompasses total system integration—including control system architecture, hardware, software development, instrumentation, and project management—as well as SCADA and control systems for local and remote operations across various sectors, such as water and wastewater and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
