04:30 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SJW Group ( SJW ) said late Monday it promoted Ann P. Kelly to chief financial officer and treasurer, starting July 1.

Kelly, who joined the company in November 2024 as chief accounting officer, will succeed Andrew F. Walters, who will become CEO after Eric W. Thornburg retires in July, SJW Group ( SJW ) said.
