Skillsoft Fiscal Q2 Skillsoft Adjusted Net Loss Narrows, Revenue Falls; FY Outlook Affirmed

04:49 PM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Skillsoft ( SKIL ) reported a fiscal Q2 adjusted net loss of $2.40 a share, compared with the loss of $3.68 a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected a normalized loss of $2.94.

Revenue in the three months ended July 31 fell to $132.2 million from $141.2 million a year earlier, the company said Monday in a statement.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $131.3 million.

In fiscal 2025, the company reaffirmed its revenue forecast of $510 million to $525 million. Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $517.5 million.

Shares of Skillsoft ( SKIL ) fell 2.6% in after-hours trading.
