Revenue for the three months ended Oct. 31 fell to $129.0 million from $137.2 million a year earlier.

One analyst expected $132 million in a FactSet poll.

The firm also reported a review of strategic alternatives for its Global Knowledge business segment, focusing on a potential sale.

Shares were down about 14% in after-hours activity.
