02:57 PM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Skillsoft ( SKIL ) said Thursday that Ronald Hovsepian was selected to serve as permanent chief executive after working on an interim basis for the past five months, according to a regulatory filing by the learning software firm.

Hovsepian has been a Skillsoft ( SKIL ) board member since 2018, including a three-year stint as its executive chairman, and was named principal executive officer on April 16 after Jeffrey Tarr said he would retire from the company following a short transition period.
