SKRR Exploration Announced LOI for Proposed Reverse Takeover Transaction with Kenz Global Resources

07:47 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SKRR Exploration ( SKKRF ) over the weekend entered into a non-binding letter of intent dated July 31, 2025 with Kenz Global Resources in respect of a proposed business combination, whereby SKRR proposes to acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of KENZ in exchange for the issuance of securities of the company, which will result in KENZ becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary. It is anticipated that the proposed transaction will constitute a "Reverse Takeover" of the company where the existing shareholders of KENZ will own a majority of the outstanding common shares of the company, and the company is expected be renamed to such name as the company and KENZ may determine.
