Skyharbour Edging Up As Says Partner Co Mustang Energy Received Exploration Permit for 914W Uranium Project
Jul 3, 2025 7:46 AM

10:23 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Skyharbour Resources ( SYHBF ) was edging up on Thursday after saying that partner company Mustang Energy ( MECPF ) received exploration permits from the Saskatchewan Government, allowing for ground-based exploration activities at the 914W Uranium Project, south of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.

A company statement noted that Mustang Energy ( MECPF ) may acquire a 75% interest in the project by issuing common shares having an aggregate value of C$480,000, making aggregate cash payments of $275,000 to Skyharbour, and incurring an aggregate of $800,000 in exploration expenditures on the property over a three-year period.

The permit, which includes Crown Land Work Authorization, Aquatic Habitat Protection Permit, Forest Product Permit and Temporary Work Camp Permit, authorizes Mustang to carry out mineral exploration activities such as trail construction, line-cutting, ground geophysical surveys, and diamond drilling. The approved permits are valid until April 30, 2028.

Thursday's statement noted the 914W Project consists of one claim covering 1,260 hectares approximately 48 km southwest of Cameco's Key Lake Operation.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.325 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
