Skyharbour Resources Seeks $8.5 Million in a Private Placement of Common and Flow-Through Share Units

04:44 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Skyharbour Resources ( SYHBF ) after close Monday said it is seeking of $8.5 million in a private placement of common and flow-through share units.

The private placement will include the sale of up to 5-million common-share units of the company priced at $0.40 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $2 million. It will also place Saskatchewan and national charity units priced at $0.645 and $0.62, respectively, as well and traditional flow-through units priced at $0.46 each, to raise $6.5 million.

All units include one half of a 30-month warrant to buy a common share for $0.55.
