09:41 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Skyline Builders Group ( SKBL ) said Wednesday it signed a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire SuperCritical Technologies, a US company that develops methods to extract uranium and critical metals from seawater.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said SuperCritical holds an exclusive US government license for the deployment of this extraction technology, which was created through research led by the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

SuperCritical plans to "begin production this decade," according to Skyline.

Shares of the company were down past 1% in recent Wednesday trading.
