SkyWater Technology, Infineon Sign License Deal for ASIC Design IP

10:32 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SkyWater Technology ( SKYT ) said Tuesday it signed a license agreement with Infineon Technologies to access a library of silicon-proven, mixed-signal application-specific integrated circuit design IP.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The new IP will allow customers to design and build high-reliability mixed-signal systems-on-chip completely within a secure US supply chain, SkyWater ( SKYT ) said.

The licensed IP, originally developed by Cypress Semiconductor and validated in automotive-grade applications, will be deployed through SkyWater's ( SKYT ) S130 platform, the company said.
