05:04 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Skyworks Solutions ( SWKS ) said late Thursday that Robert Schriesheim has been named the interim chief financial officer until the company can find a successor.

Mark Dentinger will not be joining the company as CFO due to a medical condition, Skyworks said.

Schriesheim currently serves as director at Skyworks and as chairman of Truax Partners, it added.
