10:53 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SKYX Platforms ( SKYX ) said Monday it secured an $11 million strategic investment in the form of a new class of its preferred stock, with a conversion price of $2 per common share.

The investment was led by Shaner Hotel Group Chief Executive and Chairman Lance Shaner and joined by other SKYX investors, the company said.
