10:58 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SKYX Platforms ( SKYX ) said Tuesday it has signed a sales and marketing collaboration agreement with Parrot Uncle for the companies' joint marketing of SKYX products in the US and globally.

No financial details were disclosed.

SKYX Platforms ( SKYX ) said it targets a broad launch of two different versions of its smart turbo heater and ceiling fan in Q3 and expects this product line to help it achieve cash-flow positive operations in 2025. The company said it has started production of these ceiling fans with its manufacturing partners.
