03:34 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SL Green Realty ( SLG/PI ) said late Thursday it priced a public offering of about 5.1 million of its common shares at $79 apiece.

The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 759,493 shares. The offering is expected to close on Nov. 25.

The company aims to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
