Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $244.8 million, including rental revenue of $149.7 million, compared with a total revenue of $229.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $156.1 million in rental revenue and $214.2 million in gross revenue.
