09:27 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SLB (SLB) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Resman Energy Technology, a provider of wireless reservoir surveillance tools, to expand its production and recovery technology portfolio.

Financial terms were not provided.

Schlumberger ( SLB ) said Resman's tracer systems are expected to add precision monitoring of oil, gas, water and carbon dioxide flows in reservoirs and wells. The technology will be combined with the company's existing analysis and digital workflows to improve production optimization and recovery outcomes, it said.

The deal is expected to be completed in early 2026, the oilfield services company said.
