08:50 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SLB (SLB) said Monday that its OneSubsea joint venture was awarded an engineering, procurement, and construction contract by Equinor ( EQNR ) for a 12-well, electric subsea production system off the coast of Norway.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

OneSubsea is a joint venture between SLB, engineering and services firm Aker Solutions, and offshore oil and gas company Subsea7.

Shares of Schlumberger ( SLB ) were down 0.4% while shares of Equinor ( EQNR ) were down 1.9% in recent premarket activity.
