10:18 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Slide Insurance Holdings said Monday it launched its initial public offering of 20 million common shares currently expected to be priced at $15 to $17 per share.

The company said it is offering about 16.7 million shares and roughly 3.3 million shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders, who expect to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 3 million more shares at the IPO price.

Slide Insurance said it is seeking to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "SLDE."
