Small strike begins at ExxonMobil's Gravenchon petrochemical complex

PARIS, May 29 - Around 20 workers from a chemical unit

are on strike at ExxonMobil's ( XOM ) Port Jerome Gravenchon

petrochemical complex in northern France until Thursday, a

company spokesperson said on Wednesday.

Refining operations are unaffected, while it is too early to

assess the impact on polypropylene and polyethylene production,

the spokesperson added.
