SMART Global Holdings CFO Ken Rizvi to Depart; Fiscal Q3 Outlook Reaffirmed

04:58 PM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SMART Global ( SGH ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Ken Rizvi will depart to pursue another opportunity, effective June 30.

Chief Operating Officer Jack Pacheco was named interim CFO.

SMART Global ( SGH ) reaffirmed its fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings per share outlook of $0.30, plus or minus $0.15, on sales of $300 million, plus or minus $25 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect EPS $0.31, and four analysts project revenue of $301.6 million.
