10:06 AM EDT, 06/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SMART Global Holdings ( SGH ) said Wednesday that Nate Olmstead has been named chief financial officer, effective immediately, succeeding Ken Rizvi, who is leaving the company.

Olmstead most recently served as CFO of computer hardware maker Logitech ( LOGI ) .

SMART Global ( SGH ) shares were up more than 2% in recent trading.
