11:29 AM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SMART Global Holdings' ( SGH ) Penguin Solutions brand said Thursday that it was selected by Voltage Park to provide core services and software for the cloud infrastructure company's large-scale Nvidia-based clusters.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.

Shares of SMART Global ( SGH ) were down 2.6% in recent trading.
