SmartCentres REIT Declares November Distribution

04:33 PM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust (SRU-UN.TO) on Monday declared a November distribution of $0.15417 per unit, representing $1.85 per unit on an annualized basis.

The distribution is consistent with October's.

The distribution will be payable on Dec. 16 to unitholders of record on Nov. 29.
