SmartKem Completes $7.65 Million Offering

10:27 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SmartKem ( SMTK ) said Monday it has completed its concurrent public and private offerings of its securities, raising total gross proceeds of $7.65 million.

SmartKem ( SMTK ) said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The shares were down more than 9% in recent trading.

Price: 2.71, Change: -0.28, Percent Change: -9.43
