Smartsheet Launching $150 Million Share Buyback Plan

04:20 PM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Smartsheet ( SMAR ) said late Friday its board has approved a buyback program of up to $150 million of its class A shares.

The plan has no minimum purchase commitment and may extend over a period of about 12 months, the company said.
