04:52 PM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SmartStop Self Storage REIT ( SMA ) affiliate SmartStop REIT Advisors said Thursday it's launching a retail distribution partnership with Orchard Securities.

Under the deal, Orchard will lead the distribution of investment programs, like Delaware Statutory Trust and other managed REIT products, to the Independent Broker Dealer and RIA channels, SmartStop said.
