05:53 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Smith-Midland ( SMID ) said late Wednesday that it received a notification from Nasdaq, indicating that the company has regained compliance with the continued listing rule.

The non-compliance was due to the company's failure to file Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31.

The company said it filed the 10-K on May 27.
