05:11 PM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Smooth Rock Ventures ( SMRVF ) on Wednesday said it is seeking $0.75 million from a non-brokered private placement of share units.

The company said it will place up to 3-million units priced at $0.25 and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share of $0.35.

The proceeds will be used to advance exploration portfolio and for general working capital purposes, the company said.
