SMX Signs $1 Million Loan Agreement With Abri Advisors; Shares Surge 32% Pre-Bell

08:39 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SMX (SMX) shares surged 32% in Monday's premarket session after the company said in a regulatory filing that it signed a loan agreement to borrow $1 million from private equity firm Abri Advisors.

Under the terms of the agreement, SMX agreed to repay Abri Advisors $1.4 million by June 30.
