SNDL's Stalking Horse Bid for Indiva Assets Wins Approval

08:04 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SNDL ( SNDL ) said Thursday that its stalking horse bid has been selected as the winning offer for acquiring Indiva's business and assets during the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings in Canada.

The acquisition includes Indiva's production facility in London, Ontario, and a portfolio of owned and licensed brands such as Pearls by Gron, Wana, and Bhang Chocolate, SNDL ( SNDL ) said.

SNDL ( SNDL ) said the deal is slated to be completed during its Q4, subject to court and regulatory approvals.

SNDL ( SNDL ) shares were up 0.5% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
