12:14 PM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Snow Lake Resources ( LITM ) said Friday it has closed a public offering of 15.8 million common shares at $0.41 apiece for gross proceeds of about $6.5 million.

The uranium exploration company said proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Snow Lake shares were more than 14% higher in recent trading.
