03:38 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Snow Lake Resources ( LITM ) , which does business as Snow Lake Energy, said Sunday it has priced a public offering of about 18.8 million shares at $0.80 per share.

Gross proceeds from the offering, expected to close on Tuesday, are anticipated to be about $15 million, the uranium exploration company said.

The company said it plans to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
