09:59 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Snow Lake Resources ( LITM ) said Thursday it has priced a public offering of about 15.8 million common shares at $0.41 apiece for gross proceeds of about $6.5 million.

Net proceeds from the offering, which will likely close Friday, will be allocated toward working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Snow Lake Resources ( LITM ) shares were down 59% in recent Thursday trading.
