05:03 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Snowflake (SNOW) said late Wednesday it appointed Brian Robins as chief financial officer, starting Sept. 22.

Mike Scarpelli will step down as CFO on the same date and will remain with the company for a transition period before moving into an advisory role.

Robins was most recently CFO at GitLab (GTLB).

Shares of Snowflake were down over 2% in after-market activity.
