Snowflake to Host Meta's Llama 3 AI Model

12:38 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Snowflake (SNOW) said Tuesday it will help deploy Meta Platform's (META) biggest open-source large language model, Llama 3.1 405B, through its Cortex AI service.

The partnership will provide seamless access to Meta's newly-released largest artificial intelligence model, the AI data cloud company said.

Terms of the partnership weren't provided.

Shares of Snowflake were up more than 2% in recent trading. Meta shares were narrowly higher.
