Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $1.58.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.08 billion, down from $2.26 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.14 billion.

Shares of the lithium and mineral mining company were down more than 3% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
