06:12 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SoFi Technologies ( SOFI ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of about 71.9 million common shares at $20.85 each, for roughly $1.5 billion in expected gross proceeds.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 10.8 million additional shares.

The company expects the offering to close Thursday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

SoFi Technologies ( SOFI ) shares were down 8% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
