TOKYO, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Japan's PayPay Corp has

applied to list American depositary shares in the United States,

PayPay will continue to be a consolidated subsidiary of

SoftBank Corp ( SFTBF ) following the listing, it said.

Reuters reported earlier this week that SoftBank had

selected banks for the U.S. listing.
