SoftBank Reportedly Raises $4.8 Billion From T-Mobile US Share Sale

05:56 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- T-Mobile US ( TMUS ) shareholder SoftBank has raised about $4.8 billion from the sale of 21.5 million shares of the wireless company at $224 apiece, news outlets reported.

The shares were offered in a price range of $224 to $228 apiece, Reuters reported, citing a term sheet.

SoftBank and T-Mobile did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.

T-Mobile shares were down 4.5% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
