Sol Strategies Completes the Second Tranche of a Private Placement, Raising $2.5 Million

11:48 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sol Strategies ( CYFRF ) an infrastructure provider for the Solana blockchain ecosystem, completed its second tranche private placement financing of $2.5 million, bringing total proceeds to $30 million.

The private placement consists of unsecured convertible debenture units (CD units) for gross proceeds of $2.5 million. Each CD Unit consists of one debenture with a principal amount of $1,000, and 214 common share purchase warrants.

Each five-year warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share at $4.66.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $5.74 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Price: 5.73, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -0.35
