07:57 AM EDT, 10/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Solar Alliance Energy ( SAENF ) on Friday said Chairman Brian Timmons would take on the additional roles of president and CEO, effective Friday.

He takes over from Michael Clark who has resigned to pursue other opportunities, the company said.

Timmons has chaired the Solar Alliance board since early 2022 and has been integral to the company's recent growth and large project execution strategy, a statement noted.
