SolarEdge Technologies CFO Ronen Faier to Step Down; Ariel Porat Named Successor

07:59 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SolarEdge Technologies ( SEDG ) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Ronen Faier will step down in about three months.

Ariel Porat has been named senior vice president for finance as part of a succession plan for the CFO role, the company said.

Porat previously served as the head of Europe region for Siemens Energy, SolarEdge Technologies ( SEDG ) added.
