10:40 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SolarEdge Technologies ( SEDG ) said Tuesday it closed its first transaction for the sale of 45X Advanced Manufacturing Production Tax Credits generated by solar inverter sales for about $40 million, net of discounts and fees.

The credits were generated from the sale of inverters produced in the first half of the year at the company's Austin, Texas, facility, it said.
