07:20 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Solaris Energy Infrastructure ( SEI ) said Monday that it has acquired its partner HVMVLV, an electrical control and distribution equipment provider.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Solaris said HVMVLV's management will join the Solaris team and provide technical expertise to strengthen Solaris' power-as-a-service offering.
