04:37 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Solaris Energy Infrastructure ( SEI ) said late Wednesday that it has named Amanda Brock as co-chief executive officer.

Brock will serve alongside Bill Zartler, who will continue as chair and co-CEO, the firm said, adding Brock will also join the board.

Brock was most recently CEO and president of Aris Water Solutions, Solaris said.
