01:52 PM EDT, 07/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SolarMax Technology ( SMXT ) said Wednesday it plans to provide engineering, procurement and construction services for large-scale solar projects in the US.

The company entered a nonbinding partnership for its first major commercial solar installation in Las Vegas, which will include a 4.27 megawatt solar plant, a 2 megawatt energy storage system and 10 electric vehicle charging stations.

No financial terms were provided.
