Solera makes US IPO filing public

June 28 (Reuters) - Solera Corp disclosed paperwork for

an initial public offering in the United States on Friday.

The terms of the deal were not revealed in the filing.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities and

Jefferies are the lead underwriters for the IPO.

Solera, which is a vehicle lifecycle software provider,

will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the

symbol "SLRA", according to the filing.
