Solidion Technology Files for Secondary Offering for Up to 293.5 million shares

05:59 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Solidion Technology ( STI ) filed a registration statement Wednesday for a secondary offering of up to 293.5 million shares of common stock from time to time.

Except for net proceeds related to the exercise of warrants for cash, the company won't receive any proceeds from the proposed offering.
