06:52 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Solidion Technology ( STI ) patented a lithium anode protection technology that paves the way for full-scale commercialization of lithium-sulfur, lithium-air and anodeless lithium metal batteries, the company said Friday.

The lithium battery platform is designed to provide energy storage for applications including satellites, low-Earth-orbit artificial intelligence data centers, crewed spacecraft and future lunar infrastructure, the company said.

The lithium metal anode protection platform is supported by more than 30 patents, the company said.

Shares of Solidion ( STI ) were up more than 114% in Friday pre-bell activities.
