10:45 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Solitario Resources ( XPL ) on Thursday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to about 7.1 million shares by certain selling shareholders from time to time.

Solitario said it is not selling any securities under the prospectus and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by stockholders.

Solitario shares were 0.2% lower in recent trading.
